Buttery-toasty cedar frame. Butterscotch. A bit peaty like a good scotch. Espresso. Dark and structured like a high-rise on a foundation of rich, savory earthiness. This one is the preferred smoke of that very smart third little pig and his house made out of brick. Heck, you might even taste a hint of clay. Nuances!
