Al Pastor is the fourth blend in Rojas' Street Tacos series and the most distinctive — the only one with a Mexican San Andrés binder and added Dominican filler beneath its Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Box-pressed, with paprika-like spice, toasted sesame, raisin, and mocha.
